Job Description

Location: Toronto or Vancouver, Canada (Onsite)

Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills

- Strong hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and building RESTful API endpoints.
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture patterns.
- Experience building APIs that serve analytics consumers — aggregations, filtering, and performant query patterns.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Good debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Positive understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Basic understanding of PySpark or Spark SQL.
- Exposure to data engineering or ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices deployment.
- Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Experience in SaaS product environments.
- Prior healthcare domain experience.
