Responsibilities

- Service Excellence:



Manage the day-to-day service needs of a commercial portfolio.
- Documentation: Process endorsements, renewals, and certificates with high attention to detail.
- Underwriter Liaison: Communicate with carrier partners to resolve policy issues and secure updates.
- Technical Support: Assist the commercial team with complex policy data management in Applied EPIC.

Desired Skills

- 5+ years of experience in commercial brokerage support.
- Active RIBO license required.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
