We are a leader in aluminum trim systems manufacturing, seeking detail-oriented Estimator Coordinators. In this role, you will manage the construction estimating process, collaborating with diverse teams including sales and operations. Experience with estimating software, particularly PlanSwift, will be advantageous, as will strong organizational skills and Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce Estimation-Sales reports to monitor sales ratios
• Coordinate with sales representatives on deal statuses
• Help with creation and maintenance of estimation files
• Participate in estimation meetings to provide updates
• Organize customer estimation queues in HubSpot
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in reading architectural drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
