Lightmatter is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for our photonics-based AI platform. You will drive test plans, perform failure mode analyses, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve device robustness across lifecycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor/photonics reliability, experience with HTOL/HAST/TDDB, and solid data analysis skills using Weibull, Minitab, or JMP.
