As Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in managing day-to-day operations and supervising staff involved in road and bridge maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise maintenance crews and procedures
• Manage cost control and scheduling effectively
• Monitor manpower and equipment efficiency
• Handle field operations,
subcontracting, and work orders
• Appoint and manage team resources, including scheduling
Requirements:
• High school diploma, preferably post-secondary education
• In-depth knowledge of Ontario’s Maintenance Standards
• Valid DZ license with operational experience
• Experience managing maintenance teams and projects
• Computer literacy in relevant software applications
