Become a System Administrator for Keolis Canada in Calgary, specializing in Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. Ensure application availability and operational success in a fully onsite role.
In this full time role, you will be part of Keolis's dedicated IT Infrastructure & Operations team, resolving escalated requests and ensuring high availability across multiple sites. You will conduct root-cause analyses, support cybersecurity measures, and train junior technicians as you interface with diverse operating locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated incidents
• Analyze root causes of technical failures
• Administer and secure enterprise applications and systems
• Facilitate vendor communication for advanced support
• Create documentation for complex issue resolutions
Requirements:
• At least 4 years in relevant systems and application roles
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS environments
• Expertise in application troubleshooting and integration
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
