Designer will be dedicated to a product pillar for the core experiences of our Mobile Banking app, as well as shaping the visual creative direction for current and future versions of our app.
What are the main responsibilities of the role?
End-to-end dedicated designer on mobile banking app pillar, responsible for the ownership of the design process from discovery, high-fidelity design, accessibility, visual design testing to release support.
Supporting the visual creative direction of the mobile banking app, with keen understanding of both iOS and Android native patterns and interactions.

- Communication skills between other design peers, managers, and stakeholders (product and technology)
- Time management and scope awareness
- Design strategy and thinking
- Keeping up to date with current mobile native trends
- What does the future state of success look like for the new designer?
Playing a role in:
- Delivering key strategic initiatives of the mobile banking app
- Consistent use of Design System components and Visual Language, resulting in increase of efficiency
- Increasing user satisfaction and engagement of the app
- Compelling creative direction of the mobile banking app

- Design Strategy
- Strong Visual/UI design
- Strong communications and collaboration skills
- High quality visual design skills
- Design system + token/variables
- Accessibility experience
