In this pivotal role, you'll lead the IT operations across The HIDI Group’s offices in Canada. Your focus will be on ensuring a robust infrastructure, managing cybersecurity risks, and aligning IT strategy with business goals. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely tech solutions are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day technology operations and infrastructure
• Lead and implement cybersecurity measures and policies
• Develop and oversee technology upgrade plans
• Supervise IT Technician for user support




• Evaluate and optimize vendor and budget management activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 5+ years of IT experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in network management and cloud solutions
• Familiarity with scripting tools is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
