We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our hiring efforts across our Pharmacies. This position may be based out of our offices in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary.

This is a 6 month – term position.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and promote recruitment best practices at a national level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering tailored staffing solutions and building strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and manage external job postings to ensure brand alignment and visibility.
- Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines to meet evolving business needs.
- Contribute to ongoing recruitment initiatives and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Explore and present new sourcing strategies, including business cases and ROI analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition and retention strategies.




- Partner with hiring managers and recruitment colleagues to identify areas for improvement and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

What you have to offer:

- A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including direct partnerships with hiring managers.
- Highly autonomous, energetic, and innovative approach to problem‑solving.
- A strong communicator with exceptional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Pharmacy industry experience is considered an asset.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
