We are looking for an Occupational Health & Safety Advisor to join our dynamic Operations team. This hands-on position is vital for developing, implementing, and managing safety programs as you work towards OSSE certification. Ideal candidates will possess high integrity and self-motivation, focusing on creating a protected and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage effective safety training programs
• Empower staff about Health and Safety initiatives
• Implement occupational safety strategies effectively




• Oversee Health & Safety Committee monthly meetings
• Document incident investigations and results
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in OHS
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Relevant post-secondary education
