Sephora Canada is searching for a dynamic Services Manager to oversee services in our Edmonton location. You will be responsible for managing the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio while ensuring Beauty Advisors are skilled and adequately supported. The position focuses on client experience, event management, and staff development to enhance our beauty offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the Beauty Studio effectively
• Ensure advisors utilize technology for improved services
• Manage online reservations and client check-in processes
• Organize and execute all in-store events
• Oversee training and development for team members
Requirements:
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in retail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven track record in team development and leadership
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting
• Must lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
