This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and operations teams.What You 'll DoMaintain and update project budgets while monitoring actual and forecasted variancesPartner with project and construction teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningPerform full-cycle project accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportingReview project costs, work-in-progress, commitments, and vendor expenditures to ensure accuracy and budget compliancePrepare construction financing draw packages and coordinate with lenders and external consultants throughout the funding processReconcile project funding, cash activity,
