As part of the quality management team, you will work alongside Engineering and Project Management to implement and uphold quality assurance protocols that align with regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve deficiencies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement in line with IAMGOLD's sustainable mining practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor contractor quality performance
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans
• Maintain quality documentation and audit trails
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and agencies
• Execute timely closeout of non-conformance reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Certified Quality Engineer or equivalent
• At least 5 years in industrial construction projects
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical systems
