By developing strong relationships with business leaders and staying updated on industry trends, you'll help foster a positive labour relations setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through diverse channels including career fairs
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs




• Screen candidates and facilitate interview processes
• Develop onboarding documentation for new hires
• Support job description creation and maintenance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
• Valid Driver’s License for travel
