Golden Life is seeking an Assisted Living Worker (ALW) to enhance the quality of life for our residents at Joseph Creek Village. You'll be responsible for providing essential personal care services, engaging in wellness activities, and assisting with daily housekeeping and meals. By maintaining documentation and adhering to safety guidelines, you will contribute to a supportive team environment that prioritizes dignity and respect for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care aligned with individual needs
• Respond promptly to requests from residents




• Facilitate social and recreational engagement
• Assist with laundry and meal service
• Keep accurate records and follow infection control policies
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Health Care Assistant
• First Aid and Food Protected certifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 10kg
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
