Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily coaching on safety protocols
• Lead walkthroughs and document safety observations
• Support onboarding and orientation for contractors
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Maintain daily safety logs and compliance documentation
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing safety roles
• Ability to implement and track corrective actions
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and safety management tools
