Paint Pro Sales Specialists assist customers, assess customer needs and guide customer decisions. Specialists are often certified or licensed trades-persons with expert level product, procedural and design knowledge in Paint.



Associates in this position have significant Paint home improvement project experience and use both experience and knowledge to build customer relationships and drive sales. Specialists must be able to communicate well with others and anticipate customer’s needs regarding products and servicesKey Responsibilities: Actionable Deliverable Spend minimum 25% of time pursuing new Pro Paint business, by spending time in the department, actively prospecting customers already shopping in the department.Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers shopping in the Paint department, providing a familiar face to the customers day in and day out.Maintain knowledge of marketplace dynamics including current suppliers and products and informing our Pros of changes.Provide quotes and track accounts to reflect current Pro
