CleanRiver Recycling Solutions is growing and looking for a driven, confident, solutions-focused Account Executive to own the Property/Retail vertical and drive recent revenue. If you love developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and helping organizations solve real sustainability problems—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Own a Property/Retail vertical and grow revenue with both new and existing customers
- Run a full-cycle B2B sales process from cold to close
- Build a strong pipeline through warm leads, cold outreach, and marketing campaigns
- Deliver compelling discovery calls, presentations, and Zoom demos
- Develop annual sales plans and hit weekly/monthly KPIs
- Track all activity in Salesforce and leverage it to drive efficiency
- Partner closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and leadership
- Attend industry tradeshows and pursue large-scale RFP opportunities
- Strategically penetrate high‑value accounts

What You Bring

- 3–6 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Track record of growing revenue with both new and existing clients
- Strong discovery,



presentation, and closing skills
- Hunter mindset with the ability to farm key accounts
- Experience selling to public and private organizations
- Confident presenting at the C‑suite level
- Strong communication skills and relationship‑building ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
- Interest in sustainability is an asset
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. (approx. 15%)
