I have 2 small children, an energetic and playful daughter and autistic son who is loving and has some words. I work shift work and am in occasional need of a sitter to cover the overlap in time between my job and my husband's. A sitter may be required to make/heat up/provide dinner and assist with the night-time/reading and bedtime routines. I need a sitter mostly on the weekends or when there are other events or activities that overlap our current work/events schedule.
