This role involves a significant level of ownership over technical processes, allowing you to influence architectural decisions and create effective solutions to evolving challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver backend services for client communication workflows
• Oversee technical processes from design through to implementation
• Assist Product and Design teams with evolving specifications




• Create scalable solutions for dynamic systems
• Collaborate across teams for email, SMS, and voice functionality
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficient in TypeScript or Python; AI experience is a plus
• Solid track record of delivering production systems
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous engineering challenges
• Solid technical detail orientation and problem-solving skills
