This full time role allows you to leverage your consulting background while working directly with clients to understand their transformative goals. As a Solutions Engineer, you will engage with stakeholders, develop product knowledge, and ensure that Conductor is configured precisely according to their vision. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product effectiveness and client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consultations with core customer decision-makers • Create tailored implementation approaches for Conductor • Guide the progression of customer journeys through phases • Ensure alignment between client needs and product features • Organize meetings for kick-offs and status updates
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in SaaS-related consulting roles • Impeccable communication skills for client interactions • Proven experience with high-level executives in large organizations • Strong understanding of business financial metrics • Familiarity with data insights; Power BI experience preferred
