Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review personalized nursing care plans
• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments
• Administer IV access and specialized therapies
• Observe and document patient outcomes accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Registration in good standing with a provincial nursing body
• Current BLS certification; ACLS for clinics
• Experience in infusion, acute care, or oncology
