As a Child and Youth Worker in the Intensive Services Program, you will perform all direct work necessary for youth aged 8-18. Key responsibilities include intervention, facilitating life skills, and documenting progress. Safety checks and client support are also part of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Intervene and support children and youth in activities
• Assist in developing essential life skills
• Conduct monitoring and safety checks regularly
• Maintain thorough records and logs
• Provide support to clients throughout their activities
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited diploma or degree in Human Services
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights
• Experience with youth and families is preferred
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Must be bilingual in French and English
