• Communicate regularly with residents and families
• Supervise and guide unregulated team members
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse registration in good standing
• Experience with senior health or rehabilitation preferred
• Sound judgement and risk identification skills
• Ability to create a positive workplace
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check
