As a vital member of the SAFER team, you will provide peer support and facilitate access to pharmaceutical alternatives for those affected by drug use. This position focuses on creating safe, dignified interactions and fostering meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with assessments and participant intakes • Witness and record medication dosages carefully • Distribute safer supplies and naloxone kits • Provide emergency support and overdose assessments • Keep records and participate in team charting

Requirements: • At least two years experience in harm reduction • Familiarity with local drug trends and services • Training in first aid • Solid interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively under stress
