Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day‑to‑day concrete operations for the Duffin Creek WWTP project in Pickering, ON. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards. The Foreman is hands‑on, leads by example, and is accountable for both individual and crew performance.Expected start date: Mid to late September 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operationsPlan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencingRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawingsEnsure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standardsEnforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetingsMonitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanshipCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other tradesComplete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost codingOversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materialsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of concrete construction experiencePrevious Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishingAbility to perform layout, verify elevations, and maintain tolerancesHeavy civil or infrastructure experience is an assetWorking ConditionsField‑based role in active construction environmentsPhysically demanding work in varying weather conditionsTravel may be required depending on project locationAbout Maple ReindersMaple Reinders is one of Canada's most respected and trusted construction firms, delivering innovative solutions for over55 years.
