and other continuous-improvement learning sessions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent practical continuous improvement experience 5 to 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in continuous improvement, business process management, business analysis, service improvement, or operational improvement within a complex organization Experience analyzing, designing, improving, and documenting end-to-end business processes using BPM practices and BPMN 2.0 Experience using operational data and process performance measures to identify opportunities, support decisions, and track outcomes Experience managing initiatives through discovery, analysis, implementation, adoption, and performance monitoring Experience supporting CI, BPM, or process performance training and knowledge-
