Support the Saskatchewan Impaired Driver Treatment Centre as a Casual Cook in Prince Albert, specializing in large-scale meal preparations and food service delivery.
This position requires 1-2 years in institutional cooking and includes managing food supplies, preparing menus, and ensuring a clean food environment. The Cook will report to the Full-Time Cook and the Centre Manager to enhance the food services program's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks as needed
• Manage ordering and budgeting for food supplies
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Compile monthly reports on meal service and inventory
• Address food service-related issues with management
Requirements:
• Certificate in Food Services Management or Journeyman Cook
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Safe Food Handling Certificates
• Experience in institutional cooking preferred
• Solid attention to detail
• Must uphold confidentiality protocols
