This 12-16 month temporary role, with a possibility of becoming a permanent position, is based hybrid in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray. You will work a full time schedule from Monday to Friday, collaborating closely with operational leaders to fulfill recruitment needs. Your knowledge of industrial trades recruitment will be key to attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment for manpower at various client locations
• Post job ads and monitor candidate submissions
• Review resumes and pre-screen applicants




• Conduct interviews and support selection decisions
• Source talent on multiple platforms including LinkedIn
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Proficient in sourcing techniques and marketing
• Clear communication with internal operational leaders
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
• Knowledge of ICIMs is an asset
