As Senior Youth Development Coordinator, you will lead daily operations and facilitate staff development. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure trauma-informed care for children and youth
• Direct all shift activities and staff responsibilities
• Facilitate transportation for youth engagements
• Coach staff on crisis intervention and coping strategies
• Implement engaging meetings for families and support systems
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Services
• 2 to 5 years’ relevant youth experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current First Aid Certification and valid driver’s license
