In this role, you'll provide critical support for complex building and infrastructure initiatives. You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, constructing schedules, and ensuring that projects meet financial and operational goals. Your proactive approach will help enhance project performance across our Canadian offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on project budgets
• Develop and maintain project schedules and metrics
• Assist Project Managers in financial performance reporting




• Conduct cost risk assessments and provide recommendations
• Process subcontractor invoices in compliance with contracts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years in project controls or related function
• Relevant experience in buildings and infrastructure
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
