In this pivotal role under the Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs and collaborating with plant leaders to implement Standard Work best practices. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing organizational knowledge and fostering a culture of ongoing learning among hourly team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training needs assessments and design solutions
• Develop Standard Work Instructions with cross-functional partners
• Train SMEs on instructional development techniques




• Monitor training metrics and identify program gaps
• Engage teams through effective use of Alchemy tools
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in production or learning development
• Preferred CTDP designation for training expertise
• Robust skills in MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with Alchemy learning tools a bonus
• Proven ability to communicate across teams
