As a highly autonomous therapist, you'll handle assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to children and young people's complex communication needs. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide specialist assessment and treatment for your caseload • Manage eating and drinking difficulties with appropriate solutions • Train families to execute therapy programs successfully • Implement AAC devices for clients with complex needs • Partner with school management in service development

Requirements: • Expertise in pediatric speech and language therapy • Proven ability to work independently • Robust communication and collaboration skills • Experience training staff in therapy methods • Knowledge of AAC technologies is beneficial
