Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mental and physical assessments for recent patients
• Collaborate to design and implement care plans
• Conduct health reviews and ongoing patient assessments




• Oversee clinical responses to psychotropic medication
• Advocate for high-quality, evidence-informed care
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in nursing with specialty certification
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Demonstrated nurse practitioner competencies
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
