The incumbent also ensures the proper operation of the equipment under their responsibility, following approved operating procedures and meeting the objectives outlined in the work order list.ResponsibilitiesClean surfaces and equipment usingwater and appropriate cleaning agents ; Rinse surfacesand equipment usinghigh- and low-pressure water systems ; Operate, maintain, and cleanfloor-cleaning equipment(e.G., Zamboni); Clean surfacesand equipment usingapproved chemicals, in compliance with established protocols and procedures; Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to: emptying and refilling garbage and recycling bins; restocking hand soap dispensers, hand sanitizer,



and paper towels; restocking cup dispensers; replenishing and maintainingsanitation inventory ; Assist theQuality Departmentwith the destruction of production inventory; Assist withemergency cleaningof production lines; Performminor mechanical repairs and installations ; Comply withhealth and safety, environmental standards, company policies and procedures, and demonstrate expected workplace behavior; Participate inproblem-solving activitiesand recommend corrective actions (Work Orders) to improve productivity and ensure product quality, while keeping the Sanitation Coordinator and Supervisor informed; Participate inemployee trainingrelated to job tasks, safety standards, and company policies; Provide coverage when required forkey positions(Level 1 Operator); Ensure the proper operation of equipment under their responsibility in accordance with company operating procedures; notify the supervisor in the event ofmechanical breakdownsand inform both the supervisor and the laboratory in the event ofquality issues ; ensure the finished product meets thehighest quality standards ; Assist in completingwork ordersand developingaction plans ; Ensure and maintain effectivecommunication between departments(maintenance, sanitation, laboratory, quality) to support task completion.* The masculine gender is used in this job posting solely to lighten the text.
