BCHS serves Brantford and Brant County, providing specialty programs for over 120,000 residents and is a regional centre for a variety of services, including surgical services.The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Subspecialty Medicine is recruiting a full‐time Associate Neurologist to join the growing service. The role includes inpatient work providing consults to inpatients and the emergency department, EMG resources,



and work in the General Neurology Rapid Access Clinic.ResponsibilitiesProvide inpatient neurology consultations for residents and emergency department patients.Manage EMG resources and support the General Neurology Rapid Access Clinic.Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing, staff, patients, managers, and the community.Engage in medical education and training opportunities.QualificationsIndependent practice licence from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.Neurology certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.Exceptional interpersonal and cooperative skills.Strong team player with dedication to service excellence.Commitment to providing culturally appropriate care for Indigenous patients; experience and interestin caring for Indigenous persons encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr
