HearingLife Canada is seeking a Client Service Administrator to enhance customer experience and facilitate positive client journeys. Work from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in a supportive team setting.
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first contact for clients, providing them with superb customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include appointing scheduling, maintaining an inviting clinic environment, and assisting with essential administrative tasks. Make a direct impact on clients’ lives through professional and warm service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary front-line customer service to all clients
• Manage scheduling and follow-up logistics for clinicians
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming




• Provide administrative support inclusive of maintaining client records
• Handle payments and track insurance claims with precision
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for task handling
• Attention to detail in all financial processes
• Friendly and reliable disposition for client relations
