In this Baker Mixer position, you will work under a Line Leader or Production Supervisor to mix ingredients and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for batch mixes as per documentation
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes and adhere to food safety practices
• Conduct regular quality checks on baked products
• Document mixing processes accurately and timely
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years in manufacturing; food industry is a plus
• Must lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Passion for quality in baking and production
