You will be responsible for implementing care plans, giving assessments, and documenting vital patient information. Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver nursing care to assigned patient groups • Conduct assessments and evaluate care interventions • Document patient information accurately and promptly • Advocate for patients’ holistic needs • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

Requirements: • Recognized Practical Nurse program graduate • Active LPN registration with BCCNM • Basic cardiac life support certification required • Proven communication skills for patient interaction • Robust ability to participate effectively in a team
