Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process financial transactions for members
• Provide sales expertise about various products
• Respond to member inquiries via phone
• Assist members with safety deposit access
• Manage end-of-day processing timely and accurately
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of post-secondary education preferred
• Up to 1 year in a sales/service role
• Robust familiarity with computer applications
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
