Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEntry Level Banking Operations AssociateOur client, a leading Canadian bank, is looking for a Wealth Operations Associate to join their back-office processing team. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on accuracy, stays organized under pressure, and can consistently hit daily targets within tight service-level windows.This is a behind-the-scenes, non-customer-facing position. The role centers on transaction processing, account documentation review, ticket management, and day-to-day support for internal business partners. You'll work closely with internal teams to make sure every request gets handled correctly, quickly, and in line with company procedures.What You'll Be DoingReviewing client account details, paperwork, and transaction records to confirm everything is accurate and completeProcessing service requests, transactions, account changes, and other operational tasks within set turnaround timesManaging a daily queue of assigned tasks through a ticketing systemAuditing files, entering data, updating internal systems, and keeping tabs on incoming requestsReviewing estate, legal, and account-related paperwork as neededKeeping all work aligned with internal policies, procedures, and service-level agreementsSpotting issues, digging into discrepancies, and escalating where appropriateStaying in touch with internal teams via email, phone, and chat platformsSupporting internal business groups with accurate, timely responses to operational questionsKeeping a sharp eye for detail while managing a heavy daily processing loadHelping with reporting, tracking, and organizing operational data as neededContributing ideas for process improvements and helping keep workflows running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForSome experience in an operations-focused role, whether that's an internship, part-time job, or full time positionSolid written and verbal communication skillsComfort using everyday office software and tools like Microsoft Office and Teams#canadapriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
