You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis care home offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditionsTo be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social CareAs the Support Worker your key duties include:Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionshipEncourage independence,
well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all timesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Have a genuine desire to care for othersA good team playerGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to show a can-do attitude alwaysThe successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on days.
