As a Delivery Agent, you will take on responsibilities such as sorting mail at the depot and providing timely deliveries to customers. This on-call position allows you to work flexibly, gain valuable experience in mail operations, and potentially secure permanent employment in Canada Post’s delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare daily deliveries in the depot
• Drive and operate Canada Post delivery vehicles
• Deliver mail and packages on foot or vehicle
• Unload incoming items upon returning to the depot
• Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements:
• Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe record
• Capability to lift and carry heavy mail regularly
• Open to shifts including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in English and/or French
• Experience in customer service preferred
