This role offers a unique opportunity at the Jansen Discovery Lodge, serving the BHP Jansen potash mine. As a 1st Cook, working 14 days on followed by 7 days off, your responsibilities will include supporting the Chef, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance through inspection routines. Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining top hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Chef with food service management
• Prepare meals in line with established guidelines

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Red Seal Certification is mandatory
• Advanced Food Secure Certificate required
• Class 5 license and clean driver's abstract required
