About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform Capabilities, Enablement, and Support. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organization's data and analytics platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategic roadmap, championing a data-driven culture, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value.



This includes overseeing the platform's capabilities, features, and services, as well as establishing standards for its use. The role also involves leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, influencing executive strategy, and driving the adoption of data, analytics, and AI across the organization.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in data and analytics, including at least 7 years in leadership roles. Deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and analytics technologies is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise data and analytics platforms, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in highly regulated industries and a background in product management, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture are also desirable. The role requires a leader with a customer-obsessed, operationally excellent, and strategically influential approach, who can collaborate across engineering, governance, and business outcomes, and is resilient in the face of challenges.
