This vital role at Kiwassa supports the planning and delivery of hands-on activities tailored for seniors. You will assess individual needs and work within a framework to provide enriching experiences that foster community spirit. The position is onsite, and the contract extends for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize cultural and skill-building activities for seniors
• Consult on senior needs with the program coordinator
• Uphold safety and program standards during activities




• Build relationships with community networks
• Document participant engagement and program performance
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary certification
• Six months’ experience in service delivery environments
• Experience working directly with seniors for at least three months
• Emergency First Aid certification desired
• Ability to promote and represent Kiwassa in the community
