Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals according to selected menus
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct daily audits of food storage temperatures
• Adjust menus for dietary preferences and needs
• Assist in special theme meal preparations
Requirements:
• Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Experience in a healthcare or retirement setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Canadian Food Guide and dietary regulations
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
