In this permanent position, you will be a vital member of our Clinical Team, dedicated to delivering top-notch nutritional support. Your work will include collaborating with the Food Service Manager on nutrition programs, conducting thorough nutritional assessments, and educating residents and their families. Your experience in geriatric nutrition will help develop effective care strategies tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident nutrition using RAI MDS 2.0 standards
• Create and implement individualized care plans




• Oversee communication with food service management
• Review and approve menu for nutritional adequacy
• Engage in interdisciplinary team activities
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian, eligible for membership with Ontario
• 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care desirable
• Robust computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Updated TB skin test and vulnerable sector check
