The ISP Teacher will create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement specialized strategies tailored to each student’s educational, behavioral, and social goals, enhancing overall student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and manage IEPs as per Ministry guidelines • Collaborate with teachers to provide differentiated instruction • Act as consultant for academic and behavioral student challenges • Engage with parents to achieve IEP goals • Coordinate support staff for students' needs
Requirements: • Bachelor of Education and/or PDP required • Experience with complex behavioral and cognitive needs • Knowledge of developmental and learning disabilities • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention preferred
