As part of the Marketing Delivery team, you will report to the Manager of Loyalty Offers. Your focus will be on configuring and managing loyalty campaigns that resonate with millions across Canada. This position blends technical prowess with operational tasks, ensuring ongoing success in campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate marketing briefs into live loyalty offers
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance consistently
• Conduct user acceptance testing before campaign launches
• Help improve reporting metrics for better decision-making
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms
• Previous experience in marketing operations or execution
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong ability to adapt to changing business priorities
